ServSafe® is just part of the storyThe ServSafe® program at The City Kitch provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to food-service managers. Participants will earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Food service and production businesses in North Carolina must have at least one ServSafe® (or equivilant) Management Certified PIC present during all hours of operation.
If there isn't a certified manager on site at all times, and you're inspected, you'll lose up to two points on you sanitation score. Besides that, food safety, proper handling and sanitation should always be your operation’s number one concern.
Our unique course model allows you to study with our instructor/proctor for a facilitated review immediately followed by the ServSafe® Exam.
Cost is only $184 per person and includes all course materials necessary. Please bring your laptop in order to take the ServSafe® Exam on-line.
